Founder, COP Technology
Martin Chase has spent more than 25 years accountable for change in businesses that had to keep operating while they changed. His background spans logistics, transportation, wireless infrastructure, enterprise security and multi-location services across the United States and Europe. He has built operating businesses, led national infrastructure serving more than 200,000 users, and managed teams, partners and budgets in complex environments.
Across those environments, he saw a recurring gap: systems recorded the business, but people still reconciled information, managed exceptions and determined who had authority to act. That pattern became the foundation for COP Technology: turning operating evidence into governed action while keeping authority with the people responsible for the outcome.
